It is important that you inform your Travel Agent or Norfolk Air about any assistance that you may need during your trip.
Please phone Norfolk Air's Customer Contact Centre on 1800 612 960 to advise us of your requirements so that we can ensure
Norfolk Air provides you with the highest level of comfort. You will need to inform Norfolk Air if any of you requirements
are related to the following-
Do you need oxygen? | Baby on Board? | Contagious Diseases? | Wheel Chair? | Unaccompanied Minors?
Oxygen - BOC Oxycare Travel Packs are permitted onboard flights for those customers who require medical oxygen in-flight.
If you require oxygen either continuously or occasionally while flying, you will need to ask your G.P to complete a 'Medical Clearance Form'
which confirms your fitness to travel by air on the dates specified and to handle your own medical oxygen cylinder and mask apparatus in-flight
to administer the oxygen.
BOC Gases and other similar suppliers provide "C" size oxygen cylinders. BOC Gases offer the travel packs for either hire or purchase.
These packs fit the oxygen bottle inside. All cylinders must be contained in these packs.
Your doctor should prescribe your oxygen flow rate, as your crew are not responsible for this.
Unaccompanied Minors - There are strict conditions for the carriage of unaccompanied children and young people with most carriers.
Please be sure to fill in the standard required forms available from your travel agent. Photo ID will be required to be presented by adults
collecting and dropping off unaccompanied children.
- Children aged 2-5 years may only travel if accompanied by an adult or brother or sister aged at least 15.
- Children aged 5-11 years may travel without the supervision of a person at least 15 years of age as an unaccompanied minor.
- Children aged 12-14 years may travel unsupervised but may travel as an unaccompanied minor at the request of a parent or guardian.
Liquids, Aerosols or Gels - Each container of liquids, aerosols or gels in your carry-on baggage must be 100 millilitres/grams or less. All the containers must be sealed in a transparent, one-litre plastic bag. You are only allowed one plastic bag. Any transparent resealable bag of one litre capacity or less is allowed. Please note, these bags must be independently resealable. Bags sealed with items such as sticky tape, rubber bands or ribbons will not be accepted.
You may still carry on board prescription medicines. Baby products and non-prescription medicines that you need for the flight are also allowed. Proof of need may be required. Passengers can still take on board items purchased after the screening point, including duty free.
